| Detox Smoothie

- ¼ cucumber
- Few pieces of spinach
- ½avocado
- 1 kiwi
- 2 big spoonful of lemon juice
- Cold water


Dice all ingredients, pour water until fully soaked and grind.

| Mango, Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

- 1 small banana
- 50g of pineapple
- 1 scoop of iced vanilla yogurt
- 1 handful of mango (iced is okay, too)
- Pineapple juice
- Dice all ingredients, pour

pineapple juice until fully soaked and grind.

|Berry Smoothie (Breakfast)

- 1 handful of berries
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 handful of mixed nuts
- 1 handful of oat
- 2 big spoonful of fat-free yogurt
- Cold milk
- Honey

Put in mixed nuts first and grind them. Add berries, banana, oat and yogurt, and pour cold milk until fully soaked. Add honey to your liking.

- 2 ripepeaches
- 2 big spoonful of fat-free Greek yogurt
- A little bit of pistachios(Optional)
- Coldalmond milk

Dice peaches, put in other ingredients and grind.

- 1 big spoonful of diced almonds
- 1 small teaspoonful of sugar-free maple syrup
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 big spoonful of fat-free Greek yogurt (Optional)


Put in all ingredients and grind.

- 1 cup of oatmeal
